Just wanted to say a huge thank you to our regular carers through HH4H - Derrick and Cheryl.. Our Pug Dog "Frankie" has been very well cared for by Derrick and Cheryl on several occasions now and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking for genuine dog loving carers...Frankie always comes home a better behaved dog (thanks to Cheryl's great Dog Training skills)..

We can now go on holidays knowing our Pug is in a loving environment with fantastic carers in Derrick and Cheryl.

Sorry I forgot to get back to you to say I did get in touch with Daphne. I have just picked up the dogs and am more than happy with Daphne’s care of them. She was lovely and really liked having the dogs, you can book dogs in with either Daphne or Bev next time.

Thanks again, you have a great business going and run it well. It’s so good to be able to have the dogs staying with someone who cares for them and treat them the way I do when I go away.

We have used HH4H three times now after being recommended by friends and it was the best decision we could have made for our male Schoodle Vegas aged 12 months. There was no way I wanted to go away and leave him in a cage with a concrete floor, lucky to be given maybe an hour attention per day at a standard dog boarding facility. OMG he got spoilt rotten and even slept on his carers beds ! I don't think he wanted to come home he was so damn happy a both places he has been to. I can recommend your service as 5 star plus ! We will definitely be using HH4H again for Vegas and our new puppy Indi. Thanks to Bronwyn and her lovely carers June and Bev.

I have used Holiday Heaven for Hounds for our old dog on a number of occasions and found the carers are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for Bronwyn getting the care organised.

My two Cavoodles love going to see Derrick and Cheryl. They run up the front steps and are always greeted warmly by Derrick, Cheryl and their dog Dougal. They are treated as part of the family and come home happy and well looked after. Derrick and Cheryl are always flexible with drop off and pick up times. We have been going to Derrick and Cheryl for a few years now and can highly recommend them to look after your dog.

I was a lot happier picking Rani up than dropping her off. But that’s just because she’s our surrogate baby. And she’s such a good greeter :o) We’re lucky that she’s such a good girl. Bev genuinely seemed to enjoy having her there, and we’re happy to leave her with Bev again. I could see Rani adjusted well. She certainly didn’t look hard done by. From the minute we walked in to Bev’s home, she used a kind but no-nonsense tone with Rani. Confidence I guess. Or experience? It was control. Rani responded well, and Bev showed more than enough care. I was glad Jetinder was able to come with me when we went to collect Rani. Jet puts a lot of stock in the intangibles that can only be quantified in person, and Bev more than met the mark. Like I said, a real sense of care.

You’ve got a good minder in that lady.

Alfie is always happy and healthy when we pick him up, although he is happy to see us also. Cathie is great because she lets him do all the things he does at home, like stay indoors and sleep on the bed etc. She really does an excellent job and I am so glad that you introduced us. In fact, we will be going away in April, during the school holidays for about 10 days and wondered if she would be able to look after Alfie again.
